I've attached a couple of pictures of what I think is. Perrin and Rowe Mimas Atriflo tap. The valve/cartridge has gone and I need to replace it.
Can anyone help with how I dismantle the tap and also source a new valve. I think the part number is FR9755 but can't seem to find it.
Thanks

I'd imagine that if you unscrewed the handle, that would allow you to then unscrew and removed the collar between the handle and the tap body, which would hopefully reveal away of removing the cartridge.

As above, the handle is probably held on by a grub screw underneath. Then the cover will unscrew, then you can access the cartridge and unscrew it.

Compare it to the cartridges sold here:

www.tapmagician.co.uk

And Bob may then be your uncle.

Thanks-tried that but the collar won't budge- might try some wd40 or anti seize oil

Used these guys to get cartridges for my bath taps. Brilliant service, measured the cartridge as per their instructions, and they told me which ones to order. Arrived and all working now smile

Now found the official part number 9.13841- one on amazon for £90 eek so might try those guys.

Tried wd40 still can't get collar off- i'm guessing after 10 years it's going to be tricky- any tips?

Try a rubber glove? Gives bags of purchase.

That's a supplier that we stopped using years ago. Hopeless supply, hopeless customer service. Stupidly expensive yet mediocre quality.

Replace the tap and have done with it

Who Perrin and Rowe?

i can get a cartridge for circa £30 or a new tap for circa £200!!

the existing one has lasted 10 years without any problem. Any recommended if I do replace the tap
