Cost of blow insulation - inaccessible roof space

Does anyone know a rough cost of blow insulation to insulate a roof space? We have a very small access hatch.

Are you sure that blown insulation is suitable for loft insulation? We only use it for cavity insulation at my work.

I expect it would be cheaper and more beneficial to enlarge the existing access hatch, It's not usually a big job. You don't want blown insulation sitting on top of downlighters, etc.
