Re-doing the pitiful kitchen lighting with downlights and part of the ceiling is sloped (think typical Victorian infill single storey side extension. Do people generally just use normal downlights in the slope or ones with an adjustable angle so that they actually point down?

Edit - Google images seems to suggest normal ones, 1 between/either side of each Velux...

The sloping ceiling in my bedroom has the ones that tilt. It's worth bearing in mind that you can turn them so they tilt not just up and down, but side to side a bit too should you so need.

Most tilting downlights have largeish gaps that let air/draughts/crud etc through, which may be an issue depending on ceiling construction

I've got the sloping ones from E36Guy on here. Very pleased with them.

Thanks, I was looking at the JCC6 downlights as they get a very good write up and seem to be about half the price of the Zep lights...
