Alarm system for house with no phone line/broadband

What's the latest recommendation for a DIY wireless house alarm system which will alert me via cellphone and doesn't need broadband or phone connections?

Ideally, I'm after a system which will allow me to monitor PIRs, door sensors and cameras using a 2G/3G connection only.

Research carefully. If it's the same quality as their cameras, I would find something else.

I'm not convinced the Y-cam system is going to be good for SIM only, especially as reviews suggest the quality on wired broadband is not great.

It's marketed as a broadband system with SIM backup. I suspect I'd be having to pay big data charges if I was using it exclusively via a SIM.
