More money to find missing girl
Discussion
I've been monitoring public feeling on this for some time and whilst there has been a general tone which lacked sympathy, the mood has changed to one of utter oppprobrium towards the parents for some time. It seems a considerable proportion of the public are angry that public money is still being spent on this.

I'd like to think the public are smart enough to distinguish between if there's a genuine hope of finding the girl rather than the parents shouting loudly enough for long enough.I don't know what new evidence or leads have lead to the additional money but equally I wouldn't want to see any genuine lead ignored out of a desire to punish the parents.
I still think this story would be very different in lots of ways had it been Wayne and Tracey from Dewsbury leaving their child whilst they went out on the piss and you do wonder how many other missing children investigations get £154k spent on them in total.

How have you monitored it out of interest?Would love to see your results.

Parents prioritised going on the piss over doing their job as parents. How they are not up for some form of neglect god only knows.
It's because they are media friendly middle class parents
Wait a moment..........................

Scotland Yard have been given a further £154,000 by the Home Office to continue their search until March for a (then) three year old girl who vanished ten years ago in another country.
