Is there much to choose between them or are they both good quality reliable do people think?

Planning on going from old Glowworm regular boiler, tank, hot water tank to combi.
2 bed bungalow one bathroom, shower over bath. 8 rads total.

25kW should easily do it Id have thought. Boxt are offering 25kw and 30kw options based on the above.

30kw is actually cheaper then 25kw (£100) but if its overkill could cost more in the long run

£3,500 roughly for the swap. not toooo bad.

Thanks

2 different plumbers will give you two different answers usually depending on how much discount they can get on the particular boiler.

We have always had WB boilers and to be fair they have been absolutely throuble free, and usually come with 7 years parts and labour if you have the filter fitted. That said Vaillant is a good brand and probably no better or worse.

It's a bit late now but which one can modulate lower? If the 30kW goes lower than the 25kW it could be cheaper to run.
