Mice and management companies

One of my flats has signs of mice in the kitchen. It is on the 4th floor (top) of a modern block which suggests that other flats have issues too. The management company say its my problem as nobody else has complained. I am not happy with this, I am going to put signs up so that others will look for signs and may report it but is there anything that i can do to legally compel the management company to do something about it? I live in an area where field mice are rife and you can see them in the gardens of the ground floor flats when you look down from the balcony.

They are brown and the paving stones in the ground floor garden flats are an off white
