I hope this comes across in the right way, as I genuinely appreciate your reply, but the thread has slightly moved off topic because you have made an assumption that I will be installing the sockets myself.To clarify, I need to mark where I want my fully qualified electrician to install the sockets.
I thought it would make sense to mark the wall accurately rather than approximately.
