Neff or Siemens?

Hi all,

In the home straight (almost) of a full renovation/extension project. Just doing a bit of appliance shopping ready for kitchen fitting which is week after next. It is a big kitchen/living/dining in the extension, and we are aiming for as high end a feel as possible, within the constraints of a budget. Effectively that means Miele is out, so down to Neff vs Siemens. Any tips on durability, reliability, etc between the 2?

Going to go with Neff for the cooking appliances/dishwasher and Bosch for the laundry items

Siemens is a bit of a step up in price and I haven't read anything compelling to tell me it is worth paying the extra.
