EPDM

I'm planning to build a lean to as a storage area at the side of my house, the neighbour has done something similar & its been roofed with EPDM.
Whats the general consensus ?
The area will be 15 metres long & 2.5 metres wide.
Any tips ?

Its easy enough to put on, there are a few decent guides on youtube.

Thats the problem .. the cost. Its not cheap.
Seen the videos, i'll have a go at anything, usually i do ok

EPDM it is.

Whats your thoughts on the roof surface ?
Is 18mm Marine Ply overkill ?
I'll be having 600mm rafters 4 x 2

Whats the opinon with Coroline style sheeting ?
Its only a lean to turned shed for storing stuff & a small workbench.
Technically trying to do it on a budget now due to SWMBO making a total balls of the ensuite & main bathroom ... grrrr
