My lawn is approximately 25% clover, 1% danelions & the rest grass with a sprinking of moss.

It actually looks quite attractive from a distance but I would like to encourage the clover.

Having a bh it doesn't bleach from dog urine like grass does.
It stays greener longer than the grass.
It is softer underfoot and needs less mowing.

Anyone have any ideas how to encourage the clover?

Thanks.

I mow my lawn once in the autumn and I have found that the clover will outcompete the grass. Looking at it now, my small rear lawn is around 40% clover. That will increase as the summer progresses.

I hate dandelions though. I dig as many up as I can and rip off the flowers and buds as soon as I see them. I sure that they are aware of that though, as everyone elses dandelions seem to shoot up as quick as possible, whereas mine really hug the ground and can be quite difficult to see beneath the grass and clover.
That’s good to know.

Hopefully it will just keep growing.

I may throw down some clover seed to help.

To be clear, 1% dandelions isn’t a goal. Just an observation. The fields near by are full of them.
It looks like it’s snowing on a windy day!
