Any locksmiths in

Folks,

Trying to get an idea of cost for fixing a minor issue I have here..

External door from kitchen to garden is locked, it's a mortice lock I think.. uses a key like this :



Or at least it would do if we could find the fecking thing!

So.. The question is, how much is it likely to cost to get this sorted out and how destructive is the process? The house is rented and I don't want to damage it too much!

It's an option, but I'd like to explore the locksmith route first... I can't be sure that our landlady does actually have a copy of the key!

It's a handle and lock in one, and the door is locked shut...
