whats wrong with my washing machine?

The bit where I put conditioner in is now always full of water at the end of the wash. anyone know whats wrong with it it never used to be? seems ok bar that and cant see anything obviously wrong?

have removed the drawer and no gunk

cant see any syphon / cap u sure there should be one? any other ideas ive cleaned it loads and the water still ends up there
