Crow built nest in my chimney!!

Heard a rustling noise coming from ceiling last night, thought it may have been mice but today I spotted a bloody crow or jackdaw or whatever the hell it is peering out of my chimney pot. Anyone had this happen before?? Anything I can do about it?
