Are online EPC's any good when renting your house out?

We're having a bit of a shift on and need to rent our house out pretty sharpish, so was going to use an online company to do my energy performance certificate - are these acceptable for a letting agent?

I can't seem to find much info about them so don't know if it needs to be done in person or if the online versions are just as good?

Anyone got any experience with them?

Ah cheers guys, I'll have a look at that register and see what they come up with. From what I've worked out the online companies send local guys out to look at your place anyway, so I guess there's an additional fee from there - had a quote of £38 thus far, I'll see if any of the local guys match that.
