Good point. smile Bit niche?

All dogs should have a bottle opener. Simiar principle to the St Bernards brandy keg.

Does this count? It hitched a lift all the way from Fethiye to Rhodes so I think it was as a pet, albeit briefly!

If that had landed near me on a boat I would have scuttled it.

about 4 times the size of a queen wasp - scared the p*ss out of us too! but it actually just went to sleep on the sail bag against the boom so we decided to leave it be. cos i think it would have won had we tried anything!

Is that a Dog Swim Cam ^^^^^ biggrin

I soooo want to join in on this thread.
Had a day out on Windermere last year and pulling out of Bowness Marina a 30ft or so Stink boat was pulling in with a Black lab just sat on the Swim deck in a life jacket watching life go by was such a Kodak moment lost frown
Hehe, the camera is a GoPro HD that I bodged to a dog harness. I still need to upload the canoeing videos to YouTube, but you can have an idea of quality from a hiking video I made: http://youtu.be/3q1P1Fo3Sas?hd=1 same camera and harness, but a bit more wobbly on land. Its very smooth when the doggies are in the water.

What a great little video! Please can you tell me what the music is you've used? I really liked it.

The colours from the GoPro are fantastic, very clear. I contributed towards one for Johnny at Christmas. It needs more use - harness for my cat to catch her hunting maybe hehe

Hi Gretchen, the music is by Ulrich Schnauss, the track is "A letter from home", from the album "A Strangely Isolated Place".
