Thanks. I have never hand-reared kittens before and initially didn't feel optimistic that they'd make it, but they are tough little critters that have evolved to survive. Feeding during the first 2 weeks was the only challenging part, by 4 weeks they were fully mobile, litter trained & eating solid food.
As for names, I am leaning towards Fernando and Salma.
Here is Fernando at 9 weeks. I think he's going to be a handsome chap (excuse dirty nose).

Missed this yesterday, but here is a pic of my black cat out taking a walk in the back garden.

Only reason I post that up is because his name is Zelda too! biggrin What are the odds of that happening? Is your Zelda a boy or girl? And I have to ask, do you use any of these nicknames:

Zelly
Zell Bell
Zellasaur
Zelly-Monster

Not that I do, of course. Ahem.

Zelda's a female name....

I have Dink and Zelda, Dink's a girl, so couldn't call her link

We were told Zelda was female when we collected him, two weeks later we got our first cuddles and then we noticed that our little girl had little balls laugh

The name stuck. It was worse for his sister, who then got stuck with Geldof...

Corporal Walter (as he is now known since his stripes were pointed out in here) is utterly obsessed with music. He froze and stood to attention when The Last Post was played last week and tonight he's enjoying Neil Diamond. Utterly fascinated by this cat.

Just a picture of my cat Felix, sat in a box, taking a selfie.

Edit - not sure why the image has rotated, and I don't know how to fix it

Frida still loves coming on a road trip. Her pink harness for this car is still a little too big so we used the one for the MX5 tonight. She didn't seem to mind.

You may think that.

But I've learned with ours that come near it with your hand and instantly the front 2 paws grab you while the back 2 beat and scratch. Sometimes the teeth come in to play too smile

Ah the belly-rub-bear-trap special. hehe

Though one of ours actually loves belly rubs! Cats are weird and awesome. smile
