Just collected a second greyhound.

A friend of ours let us know that her current owner had dementia and was forgetting to feed her, leaving her outside for days, and just a bad situation all round.

She's coming up to 7, black, with a dignified touch of grey in the face.

here she is meeting our girl for the first time on Sunday.

. Can anyone guess the breed?

A Nepolitian Mastiff once owned by the Night King?
Close... She is a Cane Corso, they're not very common in the UK! Always wanted one ever since I saw one in Val D'Isere on a skiing holiday in my early teens!
Awesome dogs, looking forward to updates.

Do you know if her eyes will stay that colour or change as she grows?

99 times out of 100 they turn to a yellowy/brown colour, but she could keep them, will have to wait and see.

When our american bulldog passes, a cane corso will replace him for our house guard.

Did you buy him in the UK ?

Lovely looking dog.

Thanks folks. Murphy has been with us for two days now and is settling in well, he even slept through the night last night! This is our first Irish Terrier, we've admired them for a while and love the look and temperament of them. I've forgotten how much work puppies are though, quite a full time job! Here he is in a rare bit of down-time:

Other half has taken the wild things away for a few days

It's really strange not being assaulted when I walk in, jumped on and walked over all the time and hit like a ton of bricks at exactly 7 am every morning.
