When our american bulldog passes, a cane corso will replace him for our house guard.

Did you buy him in the UK ?

Lovely looking dog.
Thanks, yes from the UK although there isn't very many breeders about!
I will most likely import mine when the time comes, as like you say not a lot of breeders over here and a lot like most breeds no thought goes into the breeding. Quite a few of my dogs have come from Russia. My Doberman, Russian Terrier, Caucasain ovachakra and two of my French bulldogs have come from there.

Some top quality dogs from Russia at the minute, whether show or working dogs.

Keep the pics coming when he arrives.

Was it a problem getting them to understand English?

Took my pup to a shoot for the experience. Agreed with my wife that she'd keep him well back from the line and definitely NO RETRIEVES, whilst I shot from my peg and the older boy picked up for me.

So she got him to retrieve one.

I thought it may have been but each one of the dogs have been easy, within a few days. They are nearly 5 months when we get them due to waiting for passport, then rabies etc so did expect problems but thankfully it was all good.

Well...

Sad news. We decided that Sasha was just too much work. The good news. She makes a great rug.
