Oh that's good news that she's home and had her "ordeal" of basket, car and vet!
One piece of advice is that I previously had little male cat with urinary problems and I always (and still do for my new female cat) whether it's pouches in jelly or gravy, mix a little water in (not too much) but that adds to water intake as they don't always drink a lot.

Cats, unlike dogs will usually only eat if they are hungry so try 2 poutches and see how see goes. Try and make sure she's drinking even if you have to put a bit of water in her food.
