Agreed. I used to love throwing saturated sticks (which sink) for my Black Labs to retrieve in rivers/lakes. Those pictures really make me want to buy another dog.

I collected a saturated tennis ball from a golf club pond a few months ago...so asumed they sunk - and via water evaporation/moon tidal effect it was close to shore. I will now undertake a deep sink study :P

I've got tennis balls, Kong balls, loads of things that float, I saw this big long orange toy. It's "designed" to be thrown for fetch games in water so I picked it up.

Back tomorrow with the Kong toys methinks

Tennis balls do float. Where I take mine is a park with furry things and a river.Further up is a sports centre ,with a Tennis court. Regularly pick some up .
