Those pictures do remind you that dogs were descended from lions and tigers.

Is it just me, or doesn't the symbol (Pound) work on PH anymore?

Another damming indicator of the economy? Even PH doesn't want Sterling.

There's a set of those dog pics if you didn't see them when they did the rounds recently :

They're brilliant.
Agreed. I used to love throwing saturated sticks (which sink) for my Black Labs to retrieve in rivers/lakes. Those pictures really make me want to buy another dog.

Can the dog not vouch for your story? Go in with a sad face or something.
One of them is a basset hound, sad face is the only face he can pull
It will work fine then. thumbup

Go in with a waggy lab and I'm not sure they would believe me.

All this time you've been playing tennis with a cricket ball...

I chucked it in the lake and my dogs watched it sink frown Called the shop and they said they could only refund me if I took it back.
You need a Lewis diver to get it back...

I collected a saturated tennis ball from a golf club pond a few months ago...so asumed they sunk - and via water evaporation/moon tidal effect it was close to shore. I will now undertake a deep sink study :P

I've got tennis balls, Kong balls, loads of things that float, I saw this big long orange toy. It's "designed" to be thrown for fetch games in water so I picked it up.

Back tomorrow with the Kong toys methinks biggrin

Tennis balls do float. Where I take mine is a park with furry things and a river.Further up is a sports centre ,with a Tennis court. Regularly pick some up .

All the tennis balls I've ever used for the dogs have had very good buoyancy! For some reason this thread makes me imagine the OP in an ACME pet shop, with a salesman convincing him that an anvil labelled 'Floating Dog Toy' will do just the job..
'Float y dog toy for you r pet. Happiness biggrin'
