Oh yes, the cute cat act. Sometimes you notice the fangs sometimes you don't.

I currently have a few scratches from falling for that little act this afternoon.

I bought a couple of those catnip bananas for my pair, partly because I wanted to see what all the fuss was about.

One of the cats simply isn't interested.

The other one, however....

By the time I got home from work, the plastic bag they were posted out in had been ripped to shreds, the banana it contained has a thousand bite marks, and Pickle was off her tits and floating around the house, pausing only for another fix/bite-fest.

A very entertaining way to spend £2, I think.

My neighbours have a cat that looks EXACTLY like that! Only it's very placid so would just let you tickle away.

My cat, on the other hand, is a different matter!

A little story about my other cat Dylan.
Dylan had been getting his arse served back to him on a silver platter by a couple of the local stray scally cats.

This is Dylan testing his ocular upgrades.


June 2011.

Woke up friday morning to see "The Paw Of Doom", that and the fact Dylan hadnt been off the bed for 36hrs made me take him to the vets.

Day 1


1 and a 1/2 tins of tuna, countless cat treats, full bike gear including gloves and 35mins later he was in the cat box.



Vet said Dylan had been bitten on the paw a few days ago and it has got infected.
Got some tablets, and he was given a couple of jabs.

So thanks to Dylan thinking he is well hard, i am now 45 quid lighter.

Just on a point of 'ner, ner, na ner, ner', I have been taking my Wally, (the stupid dog), to the vets these last few weeks because of an infection. Multiple anti-biotic injections, cream, anti-biotic tablets, and it's cost me about 50 quid for the lot.
