Are you sure he wasn't just yapping away incessantly until the bigger dog came over then ran for his life?At least, that's what all the yappers do around my way with Bruce.
Still looks like a nice dog nonetheless.

Tank's tail never stop wagging. He's not quite perfected the smile, tho'.
Was his 4th birthday last weekend. We've only had him since August, but I struggle to think what life would be like without him now. He's often an idiot, but always makes me smile
I know that look and it means you need to try harder to improve his life. Was his 4th birthday last weekend. We've only had him since August, but I struggle to think what life would be like without him now. He's often an idiot, but always makes me smile
He is a lovely looking chap. Once a Dog comes into your life like Tank you realise something was missing before he arrived.

I was holding a biscuit in my hand whilst trying to get a picture of him, being still. Ruled by his stomach, is Tank...:eta: and it's just missing from life. He went to my in-laws for the day recently. Living room was an odd place without him taking up a large floor area asleep, or constantly hassling for whatever we're cooking in the kitchen.

Coming home to an empty house does not compare in anyway to the greeting from a dear friend who has genuinely missed you.:eta: and it's just missing from life. I need to get Milo to the vets this week. Hes not really been himself of late at all. Pretty subdued, no strength in his back legs at all and weight falling off him.
Not been eating well either. Tonight I added some Pedigree chum to his wellbeloved and he ate better then he has for a week or so.
Very sorry to read of Milo's condition but hope all is ok after visit to the vet.Not been eating well either. Tonight I added some Pedigree chum to his wellbeloved and he ate better then he has for a week or so.

Not great really. He has lost 2kg since March this year - now down to 8.5 from a prime of 12kg a year or so back.
Currently drinking 600ml of water/day which apparently is heading into warnings of kidney issues.
Just starting a week of Metacam and then a week off to see if it makes any difference.
He seems pretty weak and generally not happy tbh.
I fear we are just about to start the beginning of the end very sadly.
