I've had this cat showing up in the garden and sleeping in my shed lately. I'm not sure if she's a stray, no collar and quite nervous but now sits there in the rain watching me, although I already have a resident cat who will not want to share. Her tail is rather odd as it just curls forward, and her belly looks quite swollen but not sure if that's food or kittens. Best picture I could get so far
She looks pregnant I've made her a bed and left some food & water in the shed, will try and get a better photo if or when she returns. Don't want to be too hasty as no collar doesn't always mean no owner, mine refuses to wear one after all, and being a cat she may well belong to someone on the street, and has just realised I'm an easy mark for some treats.

I always feel bad posting multiple photos and deleted them.
I ordered an interactive infrared snake for the cats and it was delivered yesterday. I was away but Hoping to get this charged and amuse myself with their reactions at some point soon.
I’ll share their reviews.

We lost our last cat George over 18 months ago now, he was an Exotic Shorthair and so a house cat. Our home felt really empty without him, but daft as it might sound, we felt sort of guilty getting another. Anyhow, the time is right, and we've reserved this little fella. Three weeks old at the minute, we're going to see him at the end of the month with a view to picking him up at fourteen weeks when he'll be fully vaccinated and neutered. Can't wait. Not the most macho of cat breeds, but the ones we've had have been real characters.

Lovely little fella, we have been in the same situation. Our 19 year old Burmese old lady died this Christmas and left the whole household very sad and as you say a big gap in our family unit. We didn't want to rush out and replace her straight away but just had to, so today we put a deposit on these two, at the moment they are only 8 and 10 weeks old so a bit of a wait.Edited by BIRMA on Monday 4th April 21:19

Stunners! 19 was a good age, ours was only ten, his kidneys packed up. Edited by BIRMA on Monday 4th April 21:19

Please could you call your local Cats Protection office. One of the volunteers will come out and scan her. They’ll discuss with you a time that’s suits around the volunteers. In my example I work but would come out after 4pm or later in the evening. You could work with them and perhaps ‘detain’ her in the shed if it causes no duress. She could well be a stray pregnant queen looking for somewhere safe and dry to give birth. Or she could be a local love who plays homeless for extra dinners. CPL volunteers have hand held scanners and can tell you there and then as have access to the database.
Other option is if your on FB post the photo in the local groups. People usually tag the crazy cat people/CPL volunteers who have a wealth of knowledge when it comes to missing cats/strays/ferals etc.
Thank you for looking out of ‘her’.

This territorial little beast thinks there may be another “cat” in there . There will be trouble if she finds it!
Bengals seem obsessed with cars. I got back to my my car after a theatre show to find a Bengal sniffing the front bumper as if it had catnip in it. It didn't move when I arrived, or when I told it to bugger off; I had to use a gentle toe and the bd actually growled at me!Simpo Two said:

This little monster is an Arabian Mau rather than a Bengal … so she’s half the size of a Bengal but has all of the Bengal character traits but dialled up to 11. Growling and hissing is quite common and she’ll usually front up rather than back down. Most of our family and friends are scared of her A tummy tickle totally melts our Sooty; paddling, his deep rattling and squeaking purr of bliss....
His fur is just so soft, always smells gorgeous, impossible not to pet when our paths cross.
Curiously, at age 11, he's found quite a voice since the loss of his brother Henry, of a few pages back. Neither were really vocal at all, only dishing up supper would elicit some odd squeaks, so he's not taking over a role Henry performed. He seems his usual old self but now comes in to the house mowing loudly, and quite comically badly, for attention. Which he gets of course. We're also all guilty of upping his ham quota in sympathy, which will only have encouraged his shouting at us! Poor boy; he'll have to get used to more ham being a poor substitute for the loss of his brother.
Sooty's not the only mog in the house though, this is Ollie.
He should live with his mum Sue-over-the-back, and he does go home to bed most nights, but likes Sooty's food, sleeping on our beds, kids beanbags, those warm spots over hot water pipes....
We call him Commissioner after Don Warrington's character in Death in Paradise; overweight, slow moving, he appears silently making very sure you know he's arrived, gets in the way then just as silently is gone!
He's 16 and no threat so is more than tolerated by us humans and mogs alike.

Visitor came back today so got some better pictures, very hungry so maybe these pictures could show if she's pregnant or just spoiled?
She made use of the den I created in the shed, since it has a cat flap there from the last owner. But my cat also managed to run in there and start a fight, so i don't think she's going to be able to stay.
