Had a nice wander off through the fields and over the hills on Sunday
Unfortunately didn’t end well. Had my first proper car crash on the way home.
Car in front of us unexpectedly turned off the road across the path of an oncoming car, which shat itself and swerved head on into us instead of t boning the idiot turning.
Managed to swerve a bit and make it more of a glancing blow than full on face to face.
Shoulder is a bit stiff now but Summer was fine after dealing with an unexpected emergency stop.

Sorry the rest of the day wasn't as good.

Update for today - I thought she was still dosed up from pain relief last night so assumed she’d be a bit down today but no.
Up with the sun, bouncing round the garden, no sign of any distress or pain.
Was given Metacam for pain relief as part of the aftercare - so gave her that at lunch anyway and it seems to have knocked her out a bit.
She’s mental.
Glad Lou is feeling OKUp with the sun, bouncing round the garden, no sign of any distress or pain.

I’ll pencil you in for dog sitting duties!
This little trouble maker got spooked by another dog in the park and bolted, q me and the cocker frantically searching before a friendly postie pointed me in the right direction. Called the wife to start a search from home towards and park as I did the opposite... Wife opens the door to find her on the step, she had ran a mile home crossing 4 roads on the process
Don't know whether to be impressed with her homing skills or annoyed she bolted
