I do like that Cockers always look like they're wearing bad wigs.

A Cocker was my starting point in the Great Dog Negotiations; Lady Bertie McHobnobs opened with Wolfhound. Thus we converged on an OES.

It’s been a while since I’ve checked in/posted, so I apologise if any of these have already been posted.

The Idiot, Idioting.

I think someone else mentioned their pooch (Boston? Frenchie? I can’t remember) liked to lie out «en repose»

Nights are drawing in

It’s my Dad’s funeral Monday. All my cats and dogs have been extra affectionate today. Was at my parents house this afternoon and went to see Alfie (Chow) in the garden. He wagged his tail. He NEVER wags his tail but he properly wagged it for ages. My eldest son and my Mum got to see it too. Nice moment. He’s been invited to the wake too bless him. Local pub in his village where he’s well loved, along with my Dad.

I do hope he's going along. Inside he will bring some comfort to other mourners, as well ad you and your family.

Long hard day. Alfie came to Dad’s Wake and was so well behaved. In fact it was my Dad’s youngest sister who kicked his water over! hehe There were people there who had Chows from my parents in the 60’s and 70’s so some nice stories shared.

Thinking of you Sam, how lovely that he came with you. I am sure he helped you through the day in a way only dogs can xxx

Loving this shot of Neville taken at last weekend's Crufts Qualifer. He looks in fabulous condition, he is jumping beautifully and so focussed too.
