All they do is break your heart. Cats been missing for 3 days now. Love him to bits.

Reasure me he'll come back cause frankly, I miss him. This isn't like him at all, he's only just over a year old, and only usually goes out for a couple of hours. then sleeps the rest of the day!

Just want him to scratch at the door frown

We've made posters that will be put up tonight, also flyers to put through letterboxes.

Not having them around makes you realize just how much you get attached to them.

I havnt given up hope yet!

Posters are up and leaflets handed out.

Horrible thought but how long are cats able to survive without food or water?

I believe that him being locked up is the only logical solution. im tempted to go round each garage to see if i can hear anything.

Well over a week, closer to two and there are some who have gone 3-4 weeks.....

It's a good idea to go around though and call the cat (ours wouldn't call out to strangers).
Thank you. That's exactly what I shall do tommorow. I really am hopefull he'll turn up.

I had a phone call this morning from a nice lady saying she's seen two black cats in a nearby street. I went looking however they could belong to anyone! anyway had a look and didn't see him frown

Nice though knowing people are aware of a missing cat, the leaflets are doing its job. I went for a walk around the estate knocking on various doors and calling his name but to no avail. I'm still hopeful he'll turn up. thanks for the stories and messages. they really are keeping my spirits up!

Well it's now been three weeks and I hate to think it but I'm slowly coming to terms with the fact he's gone frown

I have never loved an animal as much as I loved him and will make sure I will never again. Probably sounds ridiculous but he really did make my day when I saw him. Little things like how he used to snuggle up under my quilt at night like he owned the place. Or him collapsing in a heap on my legs when I watched TV.

Still miss him as much as yesterday frown

I'm writing this with the biggest grin on my face, after a little over two months I awoke this morning to a familiar meow. Yep, he has returned!

After scoffing down some food he's now collapsed in a heap on my bed fast asleep. Shall post pics up later today. It's like the little st has never been away! He's still the cuddly cat he always was. I could not be happier. Thank you for the messages and stories. Il admit I gave up hope but it just goes to show that you shouldn't. I now plan on making a fuss of him all day. biggrin

Well he's been treated like royalty all day. I went out to get the finest wet food and he opted for the cheap dry stuff that has been in the cupboard for the past two months! after he scoffed it down he had a little bit of milk and retreated to my bed where he has slept for the past seven hours!

Meet Mystic biggrin

Here he is on 'his' landing!

And another

Cant begin to tell you how happy I am, bounce
