Hi. As per title, during the night a cat keeps leaving me presents on my front path and occasionally on the front lawn. What is the best way of stopping this?

I'm not against them in any way, I love animals (admittedly I'm more of a dog person), but it's getting on my nerves a bit now, especially the ones on the path.

I won't be able to reply until later, as I'm off to work soon and I don't have access to the net whilst there.

Any advice would be gratefully received.

Cheers.

Yes, I was thinking this today. It may be a fox I suppose.

The reason I thought it was a cat was because the neighbour over the road used to have three cats and one of them took a liking to my front lawn and used to hang out under a big bush that used to be up against the house (since removed). I used to find crap on the lawn then and assumed it was that cat.

She has since moved, so I kind of assumed another cat is maybe making it their territory now.

It's a greyie brown colour and kind of small (I'd say Terrior small), sometimes solid in shape and other times mushy.

Sorry to be so graphic, but it may be relevent. smile

Definitely fox, especially if it tapers at the end, and smells to high heaven if you disturb it, if you get my drift.
Yep, it does that! Have caught one with the lawn mower a couple of times and really wished I hadn't!

Thanks for the replys guys. Now to find a solution. I don't know much about foxes...
