Hmmm.
The black and white barriers make me wonder about a road circuit somewhere where it rains a lot near an airport! Not Melbourne though, the airport is miles from Albert Park and it doesn't look like that anyway.
Bottom left we have a green roofed thing, looks asian somehow but the rest doesn't, can't tell if people are driving on the left or right, is it by the sea or is that a river?
It's a good one wherever it's from!
