I was working in Manchester last Thursday. Driving along minding my own business I was suddenly halted by a police motorcycle, all the traffic behind me stopped and then came a barrage of about 20 motorbikes all surrounding a Range Rover. Inside that Range Rover was our wonderfull PM! Imagine my shock and suprise, I didn't believe it until I got home and checked the Manchester News to see his ugly face 'doing good things' for the people of Manchester. Anyways my point, this trip was not in the national press but the security he had was actually scary, certainly scared me, I would have loved to pic the blackberry up and film or photograph, well I didn't fancy eating porridge, because this state would assume my malice motives in a few mobile pics!!.
Just how utterly deluded is this idiot of a PM and his own crazy views on terrorism? FFS, scary scary times indeed, the man is a pyscho.

In the back of nowhere Morocco we bumped into King Mo 6th. Now that was a cavalcade, with 3 helicopter gunships, 40-50 black Mercs, a light blue RR (figure that was the King), 40-50 outriders (one of which pulled us off the road), a chase ambulance, chase fire tender, loads of tv trucks, countless cops all along the route. And this is no joke for 100km in each directions there were two red flags every km.
Now thats how you celebrate a ruler coming to town - not 20 outriders and an RR.

Just sent this to my MP...
Dear John Gummer,
I am writing to express my concerns at the UK e-borders scheme requiring all travellers to log travel details in advance of travelling.
This is something that makes my blood run cold, and is another step towards this government turning the hard won freedoms of the UK into a cheap facsimile of the Soviet Bloc...
Please see below for more details:

I offer these words to you as well...
Those who deny freedom to others deserve it not for themselves. ~Abraham Lincoln
Nations grown corrupt
Love bondage more than liberty;
Bondage with ease than strenuous liberty.
~John Milton
Liberty has never come from the government. Liberty has always come from the subjects of it. The history of liberty is a history of resistance. ~Woodrow Wilson
and perhaps most telling:
They that can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety. ~Benjamin Franklin, Historical Review of Pennsylvania, 1759
I would be grateful if you could let me know your thoughts about this scheme.
Many thanks in advance & best regards
Yours sincerely,
Chris Mapey

I hate this man more and more daily.
Watching the news last night with him in the states was cringeworthy.

Adam Price, MP for Carmarthen East and Dinefwr.
Dear Mr Price,
Firstly, may I express my thanks for your reply to my first correspondence to you on the Severn Bridge tolls. Whilst the answer from the Severn Crossings management company wasn't what I hoped for, your consideration in the matter was appreciated.
I am now writing to express my deep concerns at the UK e-borders scheme requiring all travellers to log travel details in advance of travelling.
As both a frequent business traveller and someone who enjoys travelling for pleasure, I am appalled and outraged at the aforementioned Government scheme to ask for, track and store my travel plans for up to 10 years.
From what I am lead to believe, this intrusion on my privacy AND the underlying intimation that I am no longer an innocent and trusted citizen of my own country, will mean that should I choose to take a last minute business trip, holiday, or a spontaneous day trip for my family, (by car, plane, train or indeed my own boat), and NOT electronically inform the Government of my exact plans, locations and duration at least 24 hours in advance, I will be fined. In principle at the very least, this is morally wrong, even without an unacceptable cost of £5,000 attached to it.
Does this government really believe that someone who sets out to perform terrorist activities will accurately set out to fill this in, if at all?! No, it is the innocent citizen who will have to fill it in, and pay the fine should they choose not to. It despairs me, that this country is very rapidly heading towards one of the most authoritarian, dictatorial and un-democratic regimes the 21st Century has seen.
I would like to offer these words to you in support of my feelings towards this proposed scheme.
"Those who deny freedom to others deserve it not for themselves." ~Abraham Lincoln
"Nations grown corrupt
Love bondage more than liberty;
Bondage with ease than strenuous liberty."
~John Milton
"Liberty has never come from the government. Liberty has always come from the subjects of it. The history of liberty is a history of resistance." ~Woodrow Wilson
