that was a stab in the dark based on your longitude, and the fact it has a cairn - i was there in the summer not knowing it was same day (well evening for them) of 'light up' - car parks were rammed, still a nice hike.

edit, now the county is determined, as a proud East Saxon i can elaborate here in case of bafflement, Essex is not East Anglia:

Essex: East Saxons
East Anglia: East Angles > split between the North Folk and South Folk > Norfolk/Suffolk

edit edit, i should add the north of the county has far more in common with east anglia, in terms of culture/way of life/scenery vs the badlands of the southern half - my little tourism pitch.

Not sure, but it's a big centre for Thames Barge (I think that's what they are?) racing, clearly. Let's try the Blackwater estuary.
