I think that is close enough for me. It is actually Dell Quay looking North to Chichester and the downs

I kind of figured it was US military given the green wheels + USA flags. In my limited knowledge on the subject was thinking it looked like a 60's/70's aircraft.

That's why I guessed at Vietnam. But is it in the maybe one of the sounding countries? Cambodia or Laos?
