My first thought was Rodney Bay, St. Lucia. Secretly, I know that's wrong from the start.

Then looking at the angle of the shot, thinking the bridge over the marina in Marmaris, not that either.

Sadly, most of the boats I sail aboard wouldn't even fit their bows into that channel, so lacking in knowledge here.
