It's the old Metropolitan Water Board, which is now Kempton Steam Museum (next to the A316), which houses the world's only working triple-expansion steam engine. If anyone is in the area it really is worth a visit.

Don't know about that but even as a kid ( I was once) his pump station at Stratford was an impressive sight.
