I don't have a scooby!!! I've got this far by the buildings, a sign and a car numberplate, and nothing else.

Someone will know, but I'm flummoxed. What could a pile of red tubes in a giant napkin ring symbolise? Fire?

I am literally making random stabs in the dark now. I really don't know.

Nuts, I was in the car in the forest of Dean earlier and wondered if it had an olympic connection. I'm quite impressed with myself!!
