Unfortunately the fruit bats are gone now, I can understand why given the damage they did but it seems a bit sad really, they were always a great feature.

Looks the hills in behind the coast look like the ones that start behind Ventura, but a bit further up north, so I guess Santa Barbara or somewhere really close to there.
