Where was I? Vol 3
Discussion
Fantastic pic.
Piqued by the clues, I can narrow it down to two countries based on the rare horses. We're either in Somalia, home to the very rare and sniggertastic sounding wild ass; or we're in Namibia.
I recall the sound of unseen elephants as being a legend, possibly a Rudyard Kipling story as well, and that, if I recall, is Namibia.
I have no idea where in Namibia though. I always thought the whole coast of Namibia was desert up to the ocean.

I think above I said the clues were quite criptic.Piqued by the clues, I can narrow it down to two countries based on the rare horses. We're either in Somalia, home to the very rare and sniggertastic sounding wild ass; or we're in Namibia.

I did say there are rare horses. There are many different types of ‘horses’ many surprising small that you couldn’t ride, but could hold in your palm of your hand.

Knysna
Yep, photo was taken from the heads looking across the inlet. The elephants referred to the legendary Knysna Elephants. And of course the horses reference was to the Knysna seahorses. If you have the opportunity to go, if would highly recommend the garden route.
Thanks for the complements on the pictures. If there is enough interest I’ll post my best shots for two years in SA, I like my photography but have never managed to convince myself that I am any good at it.
Over to you.....
