Isn’t it the walkway down to the cafe at the beach near Quinta do lago, these a few wooden bridges along the coastal trail like that to the east

You got it. Barragem de Regua on the Douro in Portugal. Quite a distinctive dam.

Always look at that for holiday lets but Mrs B is allergic to Wales.
