Morning all,

Looking for some advice/reviews from people on Ischgl... anyone been there before? Any recommendations?

It has been suggested as the location for this years ski trip. Myself and 5 mates. All good skiers, all interested in the Apres, we havent found anywhere to stay yet as the couple of places that have been suggested both appear to be sub par.

Thanks, that hotel looks nice. Possibly a little high budget for us, but that has yet to be confirmed.

Ischgl is a great resort, in recent years it's become a bit too expensive accommodation wise and a bit overrun with Russians IMO. If on piste is more your thing I can't think of many places better. The off piste is great too but overall I prefer St Anton, more affordable accommodation choices , better nightlife IMO, off piste is leaps and bounds ahead, allot of out of contol muppets on piste, great area over in Lech and Zurs included on your pass.

What's your budget? I find in Austria even the bottom end is more than acceptable i.e. clean.
I have been to St Anton (in fact I'm pretty sure I spent the millenium there). And I like it a lot.
I was under the impression that it would be more expensive, off I go to have a look at what is available.
