Amsterdam day trip...

There's a group of us going there on a day trip next month

can anyone recommend any good places - i've had a read up but i thought personal recommendations would be good too.

we're non-drinkers so no pubs etc - though a walk thru the red is still happening! *LOL*

can anyone recommend any good canal tour companies??

Thanks guys - i was looking to anne franks house - just need to ahve a talk if the other guys would be intrested. whilst i enjoy that kinda thing i might just go for a walkby rather than go inside.

its come up on the cheap hence we're going on the day trip thing. P&O got a buy one get one free on a day cruise so its working out at around £35 per person - £10 for parking £5 for day pass public transport and then any extras

none of us are really into the hookers scene - though i'm going to try and get some of the guys to eat some of the brownies etc.
