Last time we went we stayed at the Anantara suites in Sathorn which was very good. However we would like to try somewhere different this time.
We have no real preference for location having previousley stayed at Sukhumvit,Phaya Thai and Sathorn.

Loveley looking hotel but with 2 kids not really an option. We spend very little time in hotels so as long as its clean with plenty of hot water, anything goes.

Thanks chaps, some good suggestions but as we all know it isn't us men who have the final say. This will be our 4th time to Thailand and now Mrs S whants to spread our wings and head South(to the beach)
Got any suggestions for which town and hotel.I fancy Hua Hin for sentimental reason as I holidayed there 30 years ago as a young teen.Is there enough in Hua Hin to keep us busy for 10 days?

As always happens there is mission creep in the Smith household.Mrs S has now booked flights from Bangkok to Cambodia, when we've done our bit there it's overland back to Bangkok to meet some friends from Melbourne.
I love her dearly but she's hard to keep up with when she is on a mission.
