Since being made redundant last year, I have seen life with a new prospective. Some say that my new vision is very depressing.
I want to make more of my life and was wondering if I would benefit from buying a holiday home.

I wish to get away from the hum drum life and goto somewhere very different and thought that there must be places on the earth that are fantastic in terms of lifestyle and scenery, but very cheap to buy a small one room place.

Whilst watching a program about railway journies last night, I saw places in India whic looked very nice - Outi and Runneymeade. Perhaps China has places?

Does anyone have a holiday home in an unusual place, or can anyone recommend me a place to buy or research.

Both places really fit the bill.
I have been to Morroco and love its atmosphere.
I have also been to Kulu and liked it there.

How can i go about finding property for sale in these sorts of locations?

This is one of my major concerns. The legality of buying a home in a foregin country.

Prices of around £10k are hwat i had in mind, but there must be cheaper out there.....

I was arrested in Kulu Minali - probably best not to go back there again.
