Bordeaux Weather in June
Discussion
Hello,
I'm thinking of taking a weeks holiday in Bordeaux at some point in June. The only thing that is putting me off are the average weather forecasts seen here:
http://www.holiday-weather.com/bordeaux/averages/j...
The daytime temps seem good and apart from the sea being a bit parky, the thing that stands out is the 13 days rainfall figure. Raining every other day is not my idea of a holiday.
Does anyone have any local knowledge of the area at that time of year and could give me an idea of what I can expect?
Thanks,
TJT

Great thanks guys, kind of what I feared.
Sun really is a key element to my holidays so it looks like South and East is where I should be heading.
Is there anywhere in particular you would recommend? Basically looking for somewhere with easy/cheap flights (Bordeaux return was only £150 with BA) and then nice countyside/interesting city with access to beaches. Would probably hire a car.
Thanks again.
