What to do in Queenstown NZ?

So i am in Queenstown next week for a few days, but what should i do? I am thinking of a heli trip, but what else?

I'm not hugely into crazy sports, so wont be doing so many of those!

I am trying to find a suitable heli trip to do, but will also go up the gondola and do the luge! Oh and a trip to Ferg I was thinking of doing the shotover jet, not sure though.

I would love to do the biplane, but have reservations as to whether i would even fit in it! (6ft 4).
