Same here (although my brother, not your daughter!).Why not just keep parking your car outside to piss him off? My neighbour phoned the Police when I parked mine outside their house (yes, outside their house, not blocking their drive!). I now do it to piss them off.
Since I've got the bike they hate it, its not loud loud (car was louder), but I like to give it a quick rev when they are outside xD. Childish I know.

I used to have a neighbour who complained about me starting my car at 5:45 in the morning and waking her up. She asked if I could leave later, well not if I wanted to be in work on time.
