Good morrow fellow Trivialities everywherewavey
6 hrs straight sleep last night, amazing!!
Back to the mayhem that is wemakeplanebits.com shortly, a major issue has been brewing since last Wednesday, I can't say more than that.
I'm at the site I walked away from 3 weeks ago due to issues with a colleague, over 6 months of a toxic environment, fixing things that have been bodged whilst he's on holiday. A call yesterday meant a 3 hour drive back. Seems one issue that was outstanding that he walked away from meant they worked until 11pm then bodged. I'm trying to resolve that bodge before driving back to Wales tonight...

You couldn't make this st up. Discussions many times with bosses were fobbed off, yet it's please come and fix it when it all falls apart frown
Aahhhh, that sucks Byker!!! frown
They really are taking the proverbial out of you.
On the bright side, it seems our new TA (the role I turned down) has also had enough and is looking elsewhere and has left for home to look after her dogs so I can't do much more without a witness, so I'll slip away early as well.

And for extra hero points, I've found the misconfiguration thats been causing issues around the system for the last 6 weeks, only took me about 3 hours... wink

I've just lit the blue touch paper on a large firework and launched it into the discussion by adding to your comment whistle
I have to say though, the comment made by the poster that we both responded too, is somewhat of a pompous berk.*

* this is part of a concerted effort to be nicer, use less offensive language and also to stop swearing as much.
I’m not sure I believe that last bit, ‘berk’ being, as you well know, rhyming slang for a most offensive swear wordbiglaugh!
Let them have both barrels (or just the one in my case)

fk the fking lot of 'em. fking fkers they are.

Incidentally, talking about swearing, old Dibble came out with one that tickled me. I think it was on the breakfast thread:

"fking sticles" hehe
One of our quality engineers has a pen which has "fk fk fkedy fking fk" written on it!¡! hehe
See Eric Cartman in Southpark
fk fk fkedy fk fk fk hehe

Well, really! All day sorting out the shed and conservatory only to be accused by my beloved of being a totter merchant manque. The sauce of it.

I must admit I’m loathed to throw anything away that might come in useful at some point, but I do realise she might have a point and I’m horrified that not only have I turned into my father but I’m now turning into my grandfather!

Well now, I arrived home after being stuck in traffic on Hamble lane due to a fairly major water leak that appeared overnight on Monday/Tuesday, this has necessitated Southern water setting up 3 way traffic lights on a roundabout around 100yards from the leak!!!
Now Hamble is on a peninsula, with just the one road in or out, currently the estimated time to travel from Mrs Bobbers place of work to the other end of Hamble lane, a distance of just about 3 miles, is over one and a half hours!!!!
So I walked down to meet her, we left her car there and have walked home!!!

For those who don't know how to tell the difference between stoats and weasels -

Weasels are weaselly identified and stoats are stoatally different.

I often confuse stoats and weasels. They aren't very good at riddles biggrin

I have many happy memories of being a pillion on friends bikes, and of riding them when I was younger.

Thanks for popping in and posting, unfortunately your post has been deemed "Non Trivial" by a panel of specialists, therefore we can't give you a Triv-o-meter reading.
We could confer a Special Circumstances Honorary Reading.

I propose a SCHR of 5.

All those in favour?

I remember a fella who went into hospital. I went to visit him:

"I'm pleased to tell you, Bom, I've lost three stone of ugly flab"

"Oh, have you had liposuction or something?"

"No mate, I've just been circumcised*

The level of unhealthiness is dependent on just how much rust there is.
