I was hoping the "fail" would be that it was a picture of the Scotswood Bridge, but alas you're right in that its the Wearmouth Bridge.
Yes, essentially an inferior copy of Scotswood Bridge, and that's saying something.

I was undecided of which thread, the council, walt or facebook thread to put this in. Some of the replies are pure comedy
I think it's worth going in the walt thread as well. hehe
They are 'patrolling' and I'm sure they must use 'deploy' there somewhere....

CC is on this thread so he should decide.....is it yes or no?

So much awesome in that photo. The selfie guy looks like he's probably in charge. Lost both eyes in the war. Skinny guy making up for lack of physical presence with coloured in arm. Looks mean. Chap at the back must be the muscle. Just look at that calculated thinking expression, trying to remember to breathe. Quartermaster is on the left, with tactical pot of beans. You might be forgiven by thinking he looks like the sort of chap that hangs around the ladies public toilet, but you;d be wrong. He just needs to make sure that the squad never run short of feminine hygeine products - you never know when you might need to administer a field dressing.
That's a great description- having a good laugh at that!

We just need 50ohm to pop up and thank them for their service!

Current Wearmouth Bridge opened in 1929, current Scotswood Bridge opened in 1964. Make of that what you will!

Surely he's not so stupid as to drive with a child in the back seat with a scaffold pole 6" from her skull?

UKDM has posted up a series of text messages from the child's mother demanding the picture get taken down. The mother could easily be in the "Council" thread as well with whats posted.

UKDM isn't: https://www.facebook.com/UKDMhatesyou/?fref=ts

It isn't a serious site, mainly memes a piss takes, but sometimes comes up with good things.

It's probably pronounced 'Mal-a-chee', just like it's spelt.
No, it's pronounced using the harder 'cki' sound, she wanted a more original spelling. Although, on the very rare occasion I speak to this person I will insist on using the 'chee' pronunciation thumbup

She really is comedy gold, it's pure council fun smile

Her son is constantly naughty and she blames everyone but herself, always moaning about not having any money but always has the latest iPhone at £50+ per month, everything is either the fault of the council, government or health worker and of course she drives a nearly new white Vauxhall adorned with stickers and recently painted black wheels hehe
Anyone remember Children of the Corn ?

To be fair...it has all got a little out of hand now. I have seen plenty of stupid comments on the FB groups...for instance I have buckets in my Mx5 can I fit a child seat?

But this isn't necessarily one of them...I reckon it was in jest...and he has no intentions of actually taking his daughter out in the car. If he did/does then HE deserves everything HE gets...but it isn't the fault of the little girl or the mother.

When questioned about the bar, and people banging their head on it, he said he was going to put some padding on it. And the child seat is fitted and strapped in, it seems quite obvious he was intending on using the car to transport the child and others.

The stupidest thing about it all is that those things are for sale.
Well if that is the case....then I revert to the second option of he is an idiot!

There is a guy that drives an MG Midget local to me. The car has a "half cage" and the driver allows his young daughter to drive in the passenger seat without a helmet. The car doesn't have an headrests and if they were hit from behind she would crack her head on the cage and kill herself. I have little sympathy for the adults in these situations....but the kids know no better and with role models like them what chance do they have?

as you say these items are available for sale but sadly there are no restrictions on who can buy them!

The awesome on their page is when you see the boat they're using! Its a 2 man rib which any decent ripple would flood, certainly not something you would want to go to sea in.
