Battert is saying the route he's planning for the next phase of his particle accelerator programme to replace the Small Trivton Collidor will follow the original route of the airfield perimeter track. He claims the cost savings made will far outweigh any experimental inaccuracies caused by the collidor not being perfectly round; particularly the long straight bit running parallel to Straight Road. The Medium Size Trivton Collidor is due to be in service by 2054.
Indeed. Once it's up and running, it'll cause chaos at the traffic lights at the bottom of Cemetery Way.
It's something we'll need to discuss with the Parish Council.

Morning all

Grey, interesting low level cloud in the valley, misty.

More bathroom decorating today. Ceiling to paint and prepare tiles for painting. It’s going to be expensive in tile paint as there are loads of big tiles to paint on every wall from floor to half way up the wall. I have to repair the bath frame and pipe cover.

We’re going from magnolia/beige to white and blue to match the wooden ornaments, ship, lighthouse, ships wheel, flip flops we bought from Tenerife.

Off to the local diy store this morning to purchase consumables.

Will it be bound by the proposed 20mph speed limit?

Forgive me for stating the bleedin' obvious, my dear Hammo, but wouldn't it be simpler, quicker and far more cost effective to paint the wooden hornyments to match the existing colour scheme of the bathroom? Or even a nice contrasting colour such as Hi-viz Orange or Kawasaki Green?
You could put the savings towards another well-deserved holiday break in that Tenerife.
Or even better, Elevenerife! thumbup
After enduring all that you've been through, you deserve it! bow

The thing that bothers me is where does Battert intent to site the vast coal dump that he will require in order to power his new enormous steam-powered particle accelerator? The Archbishop will be most displeased when he finds out that yhe size of it will dwarf the steeple of the main spire of Trivbury Cathedral!
Surely Battert would be better engaged in restoring the brakes on the Lagonda, or organising a new fly-tipping site adjacent to Trivton-in-the-Hedges Centre Parcs Naturist Haven?

If you moved the loo further away you could do most of your daily exercise in the night

Gud moaneve, one an dawl.

Well, it's "good" mow that I've managed to get the central heating working again - I thought I'd woken up in Siberia, and my boiler was completely lifeless. I then realised that the michaelwave thingy wasn't displaying the time either, and correctly diagnosed that one of the arsey-D switch things on the box where the electricity is kept had had a hissy fit during the night.

All is now well, and I'm fully functioning again. A quick breakfast, and I'll venture forth into the Great Outdoors, once the local bus stop is vacated - I made the mistake once of going out for my early walk just before the prison bus had collected the day-inmates from the local Young Offenders Institution*. I'm not making that mistake again.

IOTN, I'm sure that I heard something on the news about a chap called P-Dicky having his mansion and waterfront holiday home raided? I wasn't really paying attention, perhaps one of you chaps might be able to fill in the gaps?

Abyssinia!

Crikey! I'm not sure either of these things have been considered. Nor the effect of half day closing on Wednesdays.

Well that was a crap night's sleep, awake several times, but I don't feel too bad this morning so I guess it can't have been that bad after all!!
Off to Hastings today, including 3 x 18 holes of crazy golf, our Chiropractor, who I've mentioned before is as much a friend as our chiropractor, was talking about our trip away with Mrs Bobbers when she was there last week, she told him about our mammoth crazy golf session and sent the cheapest plastic trophy he could find on Amazon to us for the winner, here I am practicing my winners stance with it!!!

He's banking on a happy resolution to his time travel research. He's at the testing stage. Although, I don't think the Major believing today is Easter Monday can be viewed as conclusive.

Technically yes, in reality, no, we're still using the boat anchor.
