Here's one I've always found cringeworthy...

Putting other people's opinions down as jealousy simply because they don't tally with your own.
Oh god, yes. That's something which really pickles my turds. Someone posts of a video of some hulking great bell-end driving his Aventador like a dick or parking over three disabled bays in Tesco and as soon as you point out he's being a dick, you get told you're just jealous.

No!

Envious of his ability to buy an amazing car = Yes
Envious of his mind-numbing bum-wittery = No

That's just it, I was so surprised by it that I just couldn't think of anything to say. Genuinely lost for words.

"Pics?" When a female is mentioned in a thread.
You should be a member of the MX5Nutz facebook group. When a female posts something MX5 related a guranteed 10 blokes will start arse kissing. So cringe!
Same thing happens here. It's a joke.
I am a member of a Cycling group on Facebook, you should see the creepiness that gravitates towards any female that dates to post.
A women put a post up with a pic about scaring people with her milk bottle white legs and the amount of 'likes' and comments from the sad blokes was unreal, some are downright creepy. 200+ likes and close to a hundred comments.
A bloke posts something similar and might get 5 likes and a couple of jokey messages.

For every sleazy creep that comments there is at least 2 knight in shining armour who think they are being nice but come across even more sleazy. The desperation is hilarious and pathetic in equal measure.

Absolutely.

Lazy get out of jail card used by people who

a). don't believe it is possible to be monied and a dick head simultaneously

or

b). Think money means that you can act as you wish with total impunity - and the only reason people are being critical is because they are jealous....not because you really are being a dick head.

Easily dismissed as said 'jealous' people generally aren't critical of wealthy people who are...'nice'

Admittedly it was a few years ago now, but it still makes me chuckle. His new Britain Today Tonight show doesn't have quite the same appeal...

It is rather strange. Recently, someone I know of took delivery of a lovely silver F12 and I was just really pleased that a genuine petrolhead has done well enough in life and made the right decisions at the right time to be able to do that.

In my circle of friends there are people with some properly nice cars but they're also really nice people who I get on with; that's why they're my friends. They've either done things I didn't or couldn't do and the fruits of their efforts sit in their garages. There's no begrudging jealousy about it, just a degree of admiration of what they've manage to achieve.

Those threads irritate me because the context is incorrect.

IIRC the character who says "talk to me" actually wants you to sell him your car/whatever. When a poster uses "talk to me" they just mean to give him advice.

That's how we should do it... at the end of 2019, everyone in the UK should get on a Snowboard or a Jetski or a skateboard, and then pull a totally awesome stunt and yell catchphrases like "Radical! and "Duuuuuuude" a lot, as we then go for a totally Extreme Brexit.

Replace "Radical! and "Duuuuuuude" with "STRONG and FIRM" and you've got the current plan.

Odd. Not pointed at any particular comment at all ... didn't put anyone's comment 'down' ... no suggestion that anything said doesn't 'tally'

Very 'cringe' indeed

Abbreviations of car manufacturer's names used in conversation:

Bimmer / BM
Scooby
Fezza
Lambo
Maser

For some reason 'Merc' and hearing Porsche pronounced 'Porsh' don't irritate me. The first on the list is the worst by a mile.
