Today i will mostly be finding many many ways of not responding in kind to a properly snotty email.
I wanted to go all Kryten on the sender

An excellent suggestion but for two minor points
1: You sent it back like that, so fk you
and
2: you sent it back like that, so fk you

However, i suspect it might be far more prudent to wait until her immediate boss is back at work on Tuesday and "discuss"* this with him.

* a polite way of saying the next time she sends something back in a mess that took me well over an hour and a half to resolve and then has the cheek to send me a snotty email, i WILL reply with a snotty email of my own listing her errors.

Bobbers - would you be kind enough to remind us of where you have booked for the TT Brassington Meet and confirm its Friday 21st June to Sunday 23rd June please.

Mrs H and I are most likely to be attending Friday night, Saturday during the day but have to drive back to the NE as I'm volunteering at the museum on Sunday 23rd.

It is Friday 21st June to Sunday 23rd June, Buxton, and Mrs Bobbers and I plus a couple of friends are staying here.

I'm having a telephone consultation with our dedicated route planner this evening (sir glen de robbo) about a drive out route on the Saturday encompassing as many of the interesting driving places around there as we can!!!
I was hoping to book us all in a restaurant on both nights if there's enough interest?

It's been a busy day so far.
Tried to put Elsie in the stocks

Then put her on digging duties whilst we went shell hunting

Now Grayson says he's helping me cut the grass. I was leaving the daisies

Looks like a good day there Byker.

I've established contact with our specialist route planner and formulated a cunning plan driving and sightseeing tour par excellence!!!

At some point over the weekend I shall post both the proposed route and hopefully the design, cost and availability of the Trivial Towers annual celebratory tee shirt/hoodie!!!

I've been with Vodafone since my number began 0378.

Their gratitude for my loyalty knows no bounds.

I received this earlier:

Breakfast. Up to £2.50. Today only. At M&S.

It arrived at 11.26.

Their generosity! I'm filling up.

Its Friday evening Gentlemen, may your whistles be wet and your bedclothes dry.

I've been enjoying a Portuguese Red.

It's red and tastes like wine gums, but...

it had a cork!

My standards are slipping.

Its deadly when alcohol tastes like sweets, so bad but so good.

Cracking fun at the indoor go kart center. The were 5 of us going round, 3 chaps and 2 ladies. I set the fastest time for the chaps but we were beaten by 2 seconds by one of the ladies. I can say however, that she never got past me on the track.

Bobbers thanks for the info. We will book an Airbnb as close to Buxton as possible and meet up with Trivial people on the Friday night.

This is what we like to see! Trivialites discussing alcohol of easy virtue and whether they should travel to The Brassington! by kart or by airship.

Stylish.

I helped write the 1990's film-based GATSO camera system on the M25

We had noble goals. It was meant to slow traffic coming into congestion to be slower than that going out of it. Thus then diffusing congestion.

Then the Corps wanted enforcement and made us add it.

It was my first job.

Yeah, you too. And the horse you rode in on

Mrs C had a cataract operation ten days ago. They said if she ran out of eye drops to go back for more. The clinic is in Basingstoke, so to make sure I didn't drive over there for nothing, I rang their help line. Yes, all was well, they would email the clinic to say I was on my way.

"Hello, I've come for some drops for my wife. I rang the help line and they said they would email you to say I was coming."
"What name is it?"
"Wendy Cutler."
"You're Wendy Cutler?"
"I suffered terribly at school."

An elderly patient quietly filling in a form at the reception desk burst out laughing. Made it all worthwhile.
